1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

32jili will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

32jili accepts deposits via various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and over-the-counter payment channels. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

You agree that all funds deposited into your 32jili account are your own and have been obtained through legal means. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard procedures and timelines, which vary depending on the payment method selected. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to prevent fraud.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to verification requirements, payment provider processing times, or other factors beyond our control. 32jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Fees and Charges

32jili does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or financial institution in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider or bank may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates, which are not controlled by 32jili.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

32jili offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 32jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 32jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your device, loss of data, or other harm resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 32jili and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be in Metro Manila, Philippines.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 32jili with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
